Practice: Pistols 4:30
Practice: KB presses with 32kg bell. Two per side, alternating each rep. They were push presses... hoping for straight presses by the end of 2010.

24kg bell
30/30 work/rest for 12:00

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Different Woot! Woot! 30/30 all the way through!

Guess I should see if it was a fluke. Might try again on Sunday.
