Friday...crappy workout...

Blah workout...wasn't into it...slept 10 hours last night...maybe I was over rested...not sure....
2 sets
ABS 3 sets 30 each crunches/leg raises/obliques
4sets
DB Squats with overhead press 4 sets 12 reps 8lb dbs
3sets
Split squats with lateral raise 12reps 8lb dbs
2sets
Stiff-legged dead-lift with rear delt row 12reps 50lb bb
2sets
Front squats superset with front raises 8lb dbs
cardio...doubt it....
I give this workout a big FAT raspberry!!!!!!!
