Friday's workout......
Still feeling pretty much the same...not a lot of energy. I did manage the wt workout, but I'll be doing my cardio tomorrow morning when I run with my running buddy. I'll also get to the gym later tomorrow for my last workout of the week.
3min on treadmill
3 sets crunches/obliques/leg lifts
SS 4 sets 12 incline presses(10/10/15/15lb)//3 sets 12 incline flys (10lbs)
SS 3 sets 12 dbl OH presses(10lb)// 3 sets dbl lat raises (10lb)
3 sets 12/12/10 pec deck 45lbs
3 sets 12/12/10 bench press BB 45lb
3 sets tri kickbacks 10lb dbl
3 sets 12 tri pushdowns with rope 40/45/50lb
Felt like I was just going thru the motions today. Hope my energy level picks up soon! Stopped of at Wendy's and had a bowl of chili with a ww bun for lunch.
