Friday/Saturday
Didn't get my workout in on Friday, so I'll likely go to the gym for an upper body workout on Sunday. Today, Saturday, I just got back from a 6km run outside. Cool, crisp but beautiful sunshine. I was concerned whether I'd be doing my back some harm, but it went OK, guess I'll know better later today and tomorrow. It's stiff, but barable.
Fell apart with the diet last night. I hosted a ladies night at my place with tons of nibblies which I just couldn't keep my hands off. Also had a few beer, but all in all I was pretty good. Hopefully my run will take care of my discresions.
I'm off to go shopping downtown TO with my 16yearold. It's for her birthday, so I should be pretty much broke by the time I get back home. Hey, maybe I'll find something for me too!
