Friday...was just to be golf today..but...
I figured I may as well get in a workout at the gym today since I only managed one other wt session this week. I kept things pretty simple so as not to tier myself out for golf.
3 min warmup on treadmill (fast paced walk-I think this is harder than running for me!)
SS 3 sets 12 step ups (knee height) //jump squats
Asst pullups 3 sets 10X70/8X60/6X50 (finally getting the numbers up-yah me!)
seated cable row: 12X60/10X70/8X80lb
bunch of ab work
stretch to cool down.
Not a lot of moves today, but heavier wt. Looking forward to golf this afternoon! Great way to end a week of work!
Diet still going really well.
Meal 1: V protien/frozen berries/flax/skim milk
Meal 2: almonds + orange
Meal 3: Greek burger + salsa / red pepper / carrots,Cauliflower,brocolli
Meal 4: PN nut+protien bar
Meal 5: probably a chop salad at the pub and 2 guiness (I think I earned the carbs)
That's it for this week. We have a long weekend, so Monday off--woohoo!! Should be a nice weekend and I'm sure I'll get out on my bike, do lots of gardening and maybe even another round of golf!
