Wow...week four....FOUR weeks of cardio under my belt...going by quickly!!!

Pec deck 3 12 30lbs(I went back to far…I really felt it in my shoulder)
Shoulder presses 3 12 25lbs(I took the weight down this time ,shoulder tender)

DB laterals 3 12 6lbs* (shoulder was fine here...strange)
DB presses 3 12 6lbs*
Triceps kickbacks 3 12 6lbs*
Triceps pushdown 3 12 30 lbs


Cardio...well...cardio was going GREAT!!!!I felt really strong...My treadmill is right in front of a full length mirror..so it's right behind me when I run...well...I was so impressed with the bumps on my rear being gone I kept turning around to look...at 27 min in I turned around(again)...and tripped...I caught myself before smashing my face but I twisted my ankle a bit...not terrible...I can walk it's just tender...well that was humbeling...thats what I get for being vain I suppose..any way when I fell I pulled out the emergency thing and shut it off..so I don't know distance or anything...I just know it was around 27 min

Glad I didn't do THAT in public... :(
