BB BO Rows: 45x5x12 (I can up this)

Rower: Resistance: 10
Distance: 2000m
Time: 9:25.6
Cals: 114

Thoughts: I did 14 minutes of stretching and roller afterward. The Front Squat is tough, but I might add five pounds to it next time.
