DB Squats w/OH Press 3 sets 12x20,12x20,12x20

Split squats with lateral raise 3 sets 12x15,12x15,12x15--

SLDL w/rear delt row- 3 sets 12x65-I did these a little different this time. Instead of doing 3 SLDL's followed by 3 delt rows, I did a delt row while in the bent over position for each SLDL rep. So, bend forward until bar is below knees, hamstrings are nice and stretched, and hold that position while I bring the bar to my belly for the delt row. I think I like them better this way.

Front squats 3 sets 12x50 -- finally getting the hang of holding a barbell across my shoulders. I wear a sweatshirt around my neck so the sleeves hang down to protect my shoulders from those nasty bruises (badge of honor or not).

Superset with front raises 3 sets 12x12

No abs since I did yoga last night which started with ab specific exercises. Besides, I ran out of time.

No cardio tonight because, well, I'm going to an adult toy party :-).
