Yeah, I took a few days off. I puled a muscle in my right calf. It still hurts so I haven't run since Thusday morning. I tried Insanity Thursday night but couldn't handle it, hurt too badly. I did go to the gym at lunch today and tonight, so here goes.

Lunch: 3 circuits, one after another with about a minute rest between circuits, no more than about 10 secs between exercises. DL180LB x 8 Rep, DB Clean-n-Press-45 LB X 5 Rep, DB Squats-45 LB X 8 Rep, Farmer walk x 30 Sec

Tonight: 30 Min Sta Bike, Leel 5-7-10, Hill Intervals= 10.5 MI, 3 Sets EA-30 Squats w Heavy band, 10 straight squat thruss and ten each side, side thrusts.
