Gearing up for Monday

Went in and redid my workout info, will start a new plan on Monday. I like that Freetrainers gives me a detailed routine to follow, I know I can design my own (Trainer, train thyself!) but it is nice to have someone else boss you around sometimes.
Taking the weekend to get the rest of the crud outta my lungs and rest up.
It will be a personal challenge to not overtrain, as I tend to go really heavy and push really hard all of the time. Too competitive with the weights, I guess. I have to keep myself in check so that I don't do too much, too soon. Gosh, how many times have I told other people that?
Roasted a turkey breast last night and had turkey breast and baked sweet potato. I don't know how anyone can complain about getting to eat that stuff.
I am nearly to my normal energy levels today (my sister calls my energy levels 'scary energy').
You don't want to be around me after over-carb intake! I jump around more than an adult should in public, embarrassing the people I am with. What the heck, have some fun, shake things up, scare the slothlike members of society. We should all feel that good! We could all have that energy!
Gosh, I may need a nap after just typing all that energetic stuff. Almost getting enough oxygen these days. Not as winded going up and down stairs, and I actually trained a client last night. Made me antsy to get going with my training. Maybe I will train at home until I stop coughing, though I have been itching to get on the cables at the gym.
I think I better go clean or something, this is becoming a ramble.
