Again...Bodyrock TV... that tiny girl is killing me.

Had a hard time starting today because I'm so sore from yesterday

I do not know the names of these movements but...

Legs elevated push ups 4 sets of 15
burpee We called them squat thrusts in the military but you add a push up and a jump up 4 sets of 10

4 setsof 10  of each of these:

do a back bridge to plank, alternate kicking each leg up kicking off the planted foot?

side plank with a knee tuck to elbow

dips  on chair

chin ups

mountain climber

squat thrust....I do not know why she repeats this except for meanness.

swings, one arm 15 lb dumbbell 

swings 2 arm  25 lbs

squat, jump up , do it again

lunges

treadmill wicked fast 10 minutes


I was at it for 1.5 hours but I'd say I spent at least half of that time panting so I'll call it a 40 minute workout.
