Getting bored with this part of the routine...

I think this is my last week doing this workout. I just finished New Rules of Lifting and I'm going to start next week with workouts straight from the book and see how it goes. I'm ready for a change.

Back:
Assisted chinups: 4 sets 6x-70 (all sets)
Seated Cable Row: 3 sets 8x70
Standing Lat Pressdowns: 3 sets 12x30

Chest:
BB Bench Press: 4 sets 12x70,9x70,9x70,8x75
Incline DB Presses: 3 sets 12x25
Incine DB Flys: 3 sets 12x20 (all sets)

Haven't done any abs this week and only one day of cardio. See if I can get in to do my cardio tonight.
