Getting closer!

Well, I almost made my caloric requirements yesterday, so things are looking up! Didn't get to my cardio and abs workout until after 9 p.m., but I did it. It's hard to believe that 3 short months ago I was doing 3 supersets of my abs workout - now I can barely get through one regular set of the crossover crunches.........sigh Oh well, at least I can honestly say that I'm going to failure! ;)
6 a.m. Breakfast - 1/2 c. oatmeal, 6 egg whites, one pot coffee (lol)
10 a.m. - protein shake and daily vitamins
12:30 p.m. - one can salmon, 1/4 c. rice, small salad (spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms).
3:30 - protein shake
6:30 - curried chicken and veggies using 1/2 cup each of mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes. LOVE curry!
9 p.m. 30 mins. TaeBo, followed by ab workout:
Crossover crunches (ow!) 3 sets of 15
Double crunches - 3 sets of 12
10 p.m. - protein shake
