Getting harder and I like it...

Workout for today: I felt a little weaker today. Should have had a mini meal before workout but lost track of time. I still made it through. I pushed through the circuit a little faster than norm and kept my heart rate about 120. Tried to keep it at 130 during the 15 minutes of cardio. I am off on Thursday and Friday so tomorrow will be my final workout this year.
5 min bike,
20 twisting crunches,
20 hanging leg tucks, (These hurt)
20 Nautilus lower back extensions @ 140 lbs,
20 Nautilus abs machine crunches @ 140 lbs,
15 deep squats @ 60 lbs, (a little shaky on the last 2)
20 inclined dumbbell flys @ 20 lbs, (start breaking down on last 2)
15 hyperextension,
15 bent over dumbbell laterals, @ 15 lbs, (These are just torture in disguise)
15 machine biceps curls @ 60 lbs,
12 close grip push ups, (it is amazing how hand placement makes such a difference. These seems twice as hard as a regular push up. I had to go sissy again.
15 min bike HR 130 avg,
5 min hot tub.
