Getting Into the Routine
Last night was such a big accomplishment for me. I was working out for an hour, which is pretty big for me. I'm a lazy kid, you see, so actually putting down the remote, signing off Facebook and working out was awesome! I always thought exercise was boring, hard to do and just plain annoying, but last night I actually had fun! I followed the 'At Home' routine found on this website, then I was on an elliptical for half an hour, and burned a hundred calories! I was tired afterwards, but I felt awesome, like I actually did something to benefit my body. I'm getting more used to eating healthy, and I'm not craving the junk food so much anymore. I'm just in an all around perfect state. (:
