Getting Ready

So tomorrow will be my first day back at working out. I just weighed myself and I'm at 147.6 lbs. My goals for today is to eat healthy and the right portions. I will not have any soda or junk food. I know it will be difficult because I'm entertaining friends today. But in the am I will start with 20-30 mins of exercise before heading into work. When I get out I will meet up with a friend and we'll go to the gym. And I'll try out the workout/exercise programs that I created for myself. We'll see how things go tomorrow!
