Getting results

I have been back at the the gym for the last month or so, and i feel great. I am down by 2.4kg and feeling really good about it. I spent a couple of months in the gym 21 years ago and bulked up by just over 20kg, over the years i managed to do very brief revisits of a week or two every January (new years resolution, Lol). I finally got myself going and have been following a simple routine (4 days training one muscle group each day then two days resting), I wake up refreshed and ready for the day.I started light and have started adding weight, it's amazing how well my body is responding. I am 40 and I am ready for life.
