Getting Started! 2nd Day!
I want to lose weight and tone up alot! It helps that I'm naturally energetic and once I'm started it tends to be easy for me to exercise vigorously. The only pitfalls I have is the constrictions that come with being a single mom working and going to college. But I did my weight training yesterday and felt great! This morning I put aside 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer. It felt so good to sweat:) I have a long way to go but baby steps. Tonight I'm going to do my weight training when my daughter goes to sleep. My sisters and I are planning on finishing the San Diego Marathon May 31, 2009, which will be by second marathon. So, start training for that now.
