Getting started again
I started serious workout again on Wednesday and I already feel a lot better. Hopefully freetrainers. will help to keep me motivated. I already started my own point system for different workouts, where I have to achieve 20 points per week because it helps me if I have an external motivation and can "count" the progress.
On freetrainers. I have this body workout program which I can easily follow if I'm oo lazy to invent something myself and I have a fixed calendar, that will help. But I'll try to keep doing other workouts too, to prevent it from getting too boring.
I hate sport and only do it to stay slender and fit. As soon as I stop regular workout I put on weight and look completely different, so I just have to keep it up.
Sometimes it gets so frustrating, at least 3 times workout per week and I don't loose any weight or see any difference in my body. Then I stop working out....and some weeks later I begin to see a change, a bad one. So I start workout again. It's a vicious circle and this time I want to break it and just keep up the workout.
