Getting stronger again

Grandma died Friday, the weekend was kind of a loss, not completely, but too many calories. But just waasn't motivated to work out, sort of blah all weekend.

Got up today, more motivated. Could lift earlier because my daughter is home for spring break (i like lifting in the AM after breakfast has digested).

Here was today's workout, busted my butt.
8 minute general warm-up
SQUATS 130X15, 130X15, 130X12, 130X10
LEG CURLS 65X15 65X13 65X13
DB ROWS 40X12, 40X12, 40X12, 40X10
LAT PULL DOWN 80X12, 80X12, 80X11
SLDEADLIFTS 105X15, 105X15
INCLINE PRESSES 100X12, 100X10, 100X10, 100X10 (REALLY FELT THOSE!)
DB BENCH PRESS 30x12 30X12, 30X12 (tHESE HAVE STAYED THE SAME, PROBABLY BECAUSE i AM SO BURNT BY THE TIME i GET TO THEM, FIVE WEEKS LEFT OF THIS PROGRAM)
STANDING OVERHEAD BARBELL PRESS 55X12, 55X10, 55X12, 55X10
SEATED CALF RAISE 70X15, 75X15, 75X15, 75X15.
