Goals of the new log...

This is great! I love having an on-line journal/log. The purpose of this log is to keep me on track, specifically for my military press challenge - once it's typed in, it's "set in stone" so to speak, and I will use it to keep me moving foward. I'm hopefully going to include in each day, diet, supplements, and training, amongst other things. I'm going to compile my info for today (first training day for the new week) and see if I can get it all in tonight, or at least first thing in the morning. We'll go from there...
