Upper cable tricep pressdowns(ultra strict form, kind of a heavy pre-exhaust for the next exercise)

Power rack extensions
Sets....85x10,100x5
Close grip benches(first time I have done these in a while)
Sets....185x7,205x4,215x3
Seated dip machine
Sets.....330x10,330x10
Decline dumbbell extensions
Sets....25x12,30x15,35x8,35x5
D-handle single arm reverse pressdowns
Sets....30x12,40x8
Great tri pump, moved on to biceps
Standing ez bar curls
Sets....90x10,100x6,110x3,110x4
Preacher curls(inside grip)
Sets....85x7,95x5
Preacher machine(#3 overload beginning)
Sets....50x6,60x4
Preacher machine(#2 overload end)
Sets....60x6,60x6
Hammer curls(arms together)
Sets....25x10,30x10,35x8
Finished up with 3 sets of reverse preacher forearm curls. Great pump today both bi's and tri's. Tomorrow will be a day off, I probably will not even do cardio. I believe I have only taken one full day off since coming back from vacation without doing at least cardio.
