I did chest and back today, good strength, trying to hurry because I was supposed to go volunteer (ended up not being needed today).

7 MINUTE GENERAL WARM-UP

DB ROWS 40X12, 45X8, 45X8 45X10 (WHERE DID THOSE LAST TWO COME FROM) SUPERSET WITH
DB BENCH PRESS 45X12 3 SETS

INCLINE BENCH PRESS 110X10, 110X10, 110X10, 110X9 SUPERSET WITH
LAT PULLDOWNS 90X12, 90X11, 90X10

DECLINE FLYES 15X15, 3 SETS SUPERSET WITH PULLOVERS 30X15 3 SETS

STRETCHED OUT. FELT REALLY GOOD!
