Good leg workout and calves too

Legs

Leg presses(feet low and close)
Sets...495x10,585x8,605x6,605x3

Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets....605x10,605x10,605x10

Leg presses(feet medium height and shoulder width)
sets....605x10,605x10

Squats
Sets....135x10,155x10,175x8

(legs were jelly before squats, even moreso now. All I could do to "balance" myself for squats...not a matter of leg strength)

Superset Leg extensions with Sissy Squats
Sets.../90x10,90x8,90x6/15,15,12

Superset leg curls with weighted kickbacks
Sets....90x12,95x12,100x9/112.5x10,125x10


Calves

Standing calf raises with smith machine using aerobic step
Sets...180x20,250x15,300x10

Legs were jumping this morning, recovery drink was mighty welcome! Starting next week, I will be 7 weeks out with 6 to prepare, I am going to start splitting up my quad workout and ham and glute workout into an A and B, 2 week cycles of each.
