I've had a pretty good week. I'm feeling pretty good and I am noticing much more definition in my legs (quads and calves) than I had before.
I also lost a couple more pounds. I feel full all the time and yet I don't come close to the recommended calorie intake on my program. I'm not sure how to increase calories without increasing fat (I can use more protein and carbs though).
My shoulder is feeling much better (not as much pain after doing chest or shoulders), so I think the subluxation exercises are working already.
