Good workout!

yesterday we went to an indoor archery range and shot bows, that was cool!

Today I ran intervals with the furry cardio king (he looked so hopeful when I put on my workout clothes, I had to do it) for half an hour and then did a quick leg workout :

SQUATS 130X15, 135X12, 135X12, 135X12
LEG CURLS 65X15, 65X15, 65X9 (MY HAMMIES WERE TIRED!)
SLDEADLIFTS 105X15 3 SETS
SEATED CALF RAISE 100X15 100X12, 100X12, 100X12

Drank my shake on the way to my daughter's class!
