SUPERSET WITH PULLDOWNS 80X12, 80X12, 80X12

INCLINE PRESSES 100X12, 100X10, 100X9, 100X9
SUPERSET WITH SLDEADLIFTS 105X15 105X 15

DB BENCH PRESS 30X12 30X12 30X12
SUPERSET WITH SEATED CALF 75X15 75X15 75X15 75X15

STANDING OVERHEAD BARBELL PRESS 55X12 55X10 55X8 (THESE SUCKED TODAY)

MY ABS WERE REALLY SORE TODAY FROM YESTERDAY, i FELT LIKE 135 WAS A LITTLE TOO AMBITIOUS ON THE SQUATS, MAYBE. i MAY GO BACK TO 130LBS ON FRIDAY. i ALSO FELT MY LACK OF SLEEP - IT SHOWED IN MY INCLINE PRESSES AND SHOULDER PRESSES. I STILL FEEL I HAD A PRODUCTIVE, HARD WORKOUT, JUST NO GREAT LEAPS FORWARD.
