Gotta Start Somewhere

My goal had been to lose 70 lbs and hopefully keep up with losing 1.5lbs a week, changing my diet, going to the gym...all that good stuff.  I found this site a few months ago and was super motivated, then I fell.  Despite having fallen off my own wagon, since 1/1/12 and weighing 209.7lbs...I am currently weighing 192.8lbs!  TOTAL of 16.9lbs!!!   It is so much slower than I wanted and a lot of noodling back and forth.  I can really physically (not just through the scale) tell when I am eating well and when i am not.  I also have been diagnosed with ADD and probably have had this issue my whole life and never understood why things were so difficult. 

I've been getting into trouble with time management at work, my mood swings, focus problems, etc.  But my newest goal is to still stay working out, actually follow the exercise plan as it is written and create a list of foods for myself that are good health wise and good regarding the ADD.  However I am highly motivated and have a wonderful support system of friends and especially family.
