Great chest workout today!

Chest...was pretty strong today for some reason, with reduced calories and all. Felt great, back to cycle 1 with the workouts.
Chest
Incline dumbbell benches supersetted with light incline dumbbell benches
(warmup)....30x12,30x10,45x6,60x5
Sets...75x7,80x5,80x4/35x10,40x10,40x8
Decline barbell
(warmup)....185x5
Sets...230x3,230x3,,230x2
Flat dumbbell benches
(warmup)....70x6
Sets...85x6,95x4,(isometric contraction on each last rep or each set, with partials to failure)
Seated chest press
Sets....240x6,250x4,(hold isometric contraction on each last rep of each set)
Dumbbell pullovers
Sets....85x10,85x8,90x5
Obliques
2 sets of torso rotations, 115x10
