Great chest workout today!!

New high on flat dumbbells....whoo-hoooo

Flat bench dumbbells
Sets...up the rack
35x15
40x15
45x15
50x12
70x8
85x6
90x6
100x4
100x3
110x2
110x3

Incline dumbbells
Sets...65x6,75x6,80x4

Supeset flat bench flies with cable crossovers, starting with cable crossovers. (haven't done these in ages, so I had to "feel" for my weights).
Sets....50x15,70x10,80x7/35x10,45x8,50x5,55x3

Decline benches(did these as an afterthought, not really part of the workout)...pretty fatigued by now
Sets....225x3,..drop set to failure
