Great leg day...pretty massive pump and burn

Good to very good leg workout today. Used a more vertical leg press, couldn't do near as much weight on it!! But, pushed to the limit. No time sequences today, but used the "lying hack squat" machine today for the first time. Moving your feet to different postitions, high and low for example really emphasizes different areas. Great burn. Had a great leg pump going today, very pleased.

Legs

Leg presses(verticle machine, feet low and close)
Sets....(just plate weight)...360x10,410x5,410x6,430x6(rest 3 minutes between sets)

Lying hack squats(first set feet high/second set feet low)these were done as supersets with no rest)
Sets...(105x10,105x10),(135x10,135x10),150x10(high)

Leg curls
Sets...60x12,75x10,75x8,75x8(slow descent and hold)

Leg extensions position 3(beginning portion)
sets....70x12,80x10,90x9(hold last rep)

Leg extensions postition 1 (middle portion)
Sets....70x10,80x8

Leg extensions postition 2 (end portion)
Sets....70x12,80x12,80x12


Standing calf raises
Sets...330x20,405x20,495x17,495x15(this was on a challenge)

Abductors
2 sets of 110x20
