Great workout!

Did a 'push' workout today (I really am trying to stick with the 6 week routine I wrote out, but I get so bored of doing the same workout...I decided to switch it up for a few workouts and then i will get back to the routine) This was a suprisingly good lift for being my 3rd low carb day.
Warmed up 8 minutes on elliptical.
BENCH PRESS (NO SPOTTER, SO NO RECORD BREAKING TODAY) WARM-UP 95X15, 115X12, 125X10, 135X6 FELT REALLY GOOD.
INCLINE DB FLYES 15X15, 20X12, 25X12
LOW PEC FLYES W/BANDS GREENX15, GREEN+YELLOWX15, GREEN+REDX8 (A LITTLE TOO MUCH)
SEATED OVERHEAD DB PRESSES 20X15, 25X10, 30X5 1/2 ARMS TOASTED
TRICEPS PRESSDOWNS W/ROPE 15X15, 20X12, 25X12
MINI-CIRCUIT OF BACK EXTENSIONSX15, REVERSE WRIST CURLS 8X15, BICYCLESX25 3 TIMES THROUGH.
tHIS WAS A GOOD WORKOUT, MY ARMS ARE A LITTLE SHAKEY. I AM HAVING MY SHAKE AND THEN I AM COACHING SOCCER TODAY, VERY COOL!
