Great Workout but need tips

Im using the calendar and its awesome....did shoulders tri's and chest yesterday. Need help with the ab section. I really suck at that part but im trying! what is the best one to start with?

    Start with a modified plank. Forearms on a bench is usually a good first plank. Toes on floor. Body nice and straigt aim for 30-60 seconds. After that just basic crunches on a mat, knees bent, feet flat, jst coming up to shoulder blades Off the mat. Controlled, no hip involvement. Finish up with superman for your low back.
