today i warmed up and did fitness stretches and drills which consisted of running, squats, lunges, and ab workouts. I did four lifts: bench, squat, step ups on a box with weight, and push and press. i did four sets of each increasing the weight each time. i ended on a run. im feeling pretty well. i also had a carrot and apple juice mixture that i made in my juicer. today, overall, was a very good day for working out
