Had some success but want more!

I've been at this diet and general health improvement thing for a little over a year now and I've had some success but haven't reached my goals yet.  I've been using another free site for food tracking (SparkPeople) and have jus started at this site for an exercise program.  My success to date has been in loosing 80 lbs by recording everything (and I mean everything!) that I eat.  This took a little over a year and will likely continue for as long as I breathe 'cause when I stop recording, I eat like there's no tomorrow!  I'm hoping that logging my exercise efforts will have the same result.  I hope so because I find (gym) exercise difficult!

    Welcome to FreeTrainers! If you find the gym program too difficult I would suggest you switch to the beginner format and once that becomes easy then move your way up gradually. Best of luck and keep us posted with your progress!
