Had to combine biceps and shoulders today

Change of shifts tomorrow will make workout very tough, so I compromized and combined today and tomorrow.

Biceps...
Straight bar standing curls
(warmup)..12xbar(olympic), 10xbar,6x65,3x85,1x85
Sets...6x105,6x110,5x110,5x110

Incline dumbbell hammer curls
Sets...8x45,6x50,5x55

Standing ez bar curls
Sets.....4x110,4x110,4x110

Shoulders...(I have to be very careful, have a bad left rotator cuff, so I have to go lighter than I would like)
Rotating dumbbell seated press(palms in at bottom of movement, turning outward at top)

Sets...5x60,4x65

Seated military press(machine)
Sets...10x110,6x130,7x135

Cable side lateral raises...
Sets...12x50,12x65,7x75

Comments
