Happy Day!

Had a hard time getting started today, but by the time I got to the gym and had my pre-workout shake in the car while reading my work-out for the day I felt good!
Did shoulders and abs.
Shoulders
Machine presses 15repsX30lbs, 12rX40lbs, 10rX50lbs, 8rX60lbs

Standing Lateral Raises 14rX7.5, 12X12.5, 10X15, 5X20 (crapped out on the last set)

Front Dumbbell Raises 14rX10, 10rX12.5, 10rX15, 8rX15lbs

3 sets 15 each, alternating exercises,
crinches, reverse curls, bicycles

Strestched out,
Took a 45 minute step class, better than I thought (the push-ups kinda sucked, though).

Overall a good workout! And I still have energy to train my clients tonight, that rocks! Now about walking that dog....
