happy father's day

well today was so supposed to be my rest day but i woke up in the mood to do something!!!! after my breakfast and coffee though i got hit with a LAZY moment..... that i just can't seem to get past. since today is father's day it's up to my husband what we do.... he has decided that he wants to go horseback riding and bbq later.... the horseback riding is good exercise but the bbq is not exactly on the "diet" schedule..... oh what to do? what to do? my husband is in wonderful shape. he is a landscaper and works all day and besides he can eat a whole chocolate cake and never gain a pound whereas i can look at the icing container and gain 10 pounds..... how do i get it through to my family that i can't just keep doing the same old things and expect different results? and how do i prepare "diet" meals for me and still sit and watch them eat all that tasty food that i have to prepare? Jeez!!!!! this is only day 3 and i am already facing the crappy feeling of deprivation.... i need some motivation and support..... and possibly some SWEET snack ideas (not apples) that will keep me on track.....
