Happy Hump Day

Regular DL's: 2 sets, 15x115 each
(one of my favorite older guys at the gym--for me older means retirement age and up--stopped to say 'hi' while we were doing these and was impressed we were doing deadlifts. He said 'That'll do it!' We hardly ever see anyone doing deadlifts in that gym.
Step ups: 2 sets 15x20's (each leg) superset with one arm shoulder press: 2 sets, 15x20, 2nd set: 15x20 but had to pause at 12.
Narrow grip pulldowns: 2 sets 11x70 plus 5x60 first set, 2nd set 7x70 then 8x60.
Superset with reverse crunches, 2 sets, 20x8 and 20x8 (weighted ball between my knees).
Well, since I joined the new challenge, this week will be the last of the New Rules breakin workout--we were almost finished anyway and about to move on to the next phase. Those workouts will be there forever--hard to miss another challenge opportunity especially with Amy's cool workouts. Looking forward to squats, more squats and nothing but squats day.
I am encouraging my partner to join freetrainers so she can officially join the challenge.
