Todays Workout:

Stability Ball & Band routine (level 1)

7 min. cardio warm up followed by target muscle stretching

-Thigh Push Ups
-Bridging Chest Press
CARDIO
-Prone Back Extension
-Seated Row (with band)
CARDIO
-Squat
-Ball Wall Squat
CARDIO
-Assisted Single Leg lower & lift
-Assisted Core Flexion
CARDIO
-Overhead Tricep Extensions (with band)
-Overhead Tricep Extensions (with ball)

cool down target muscle stretching
