Harder, Push Harder, do NOT STOP!

Today at lunch I had a decent short workout, about 20 minutes.

Did the Men'sHealth 15 Minute Fat Burner 1 Circuit, 3 Times, 10 Reps each, rest about a minute - 90 secs between circuit repetitions, not bewteen exercises (no rest)

DB lunges 30 LB---DB Bentover Rows 40 LB---Romanian DL 30 LB---pushups
