Heavy Back day

The only problem with this routine is that i have no really good idea of how much weight to attempt for the heavy days - I guessed and got more reps on most things that I was supposed to, oh well, I am sure it was still work :)

Back and hammies -
warm-up elliptical 4 minutes, 2 sets light db bentover rows

Bent-over rows 3 sets Ez-bar+110 X5 (some guy was using the olympic bar...so i had to use the ez-curl, I don't know how much it weighs, guessing 15-25 pounds...)
Wide-grip pulldown (nautilus) 140X6, 150X6, 180X5
seated row (nautilus) 165X6, 170X5
straight-arm pressdown 110X6, 130X6
SLDL 165X6, 175X6, 185X6...could have kept going...
leg curl 115X5, 115X4 tearing sensation in side of lower leg (I think it is a nerve doing something - only happens on lying leg curls...)

cardio PWO - 20 min treadclimber program

PM cardio - mowed the lawn - does that count? 3rd day lowcarb and I was tired ;)
