have been short changing myself on sldl could have done 8 of each today. ham curls killed @ 40 got limited rom.
I figured out schedule to compete next July. I will finish this 12 week routine with a bulking carb cycle. Then will do 16 week cut diet/workout listed vol 2. Then 12 wk bulk and 16 week cut. This allows for 2 weeks off and will have me on bulk cycle thru the holidays which will be much easier. I am now following the bulk carb cycle outlined by Twin Peak on Bodybuilding.com. tues-sunday high/low alternate with monday being 0 carbs. Even allows for pasta every other day!!!!
