hello flog

I started training at the gym yesterday. It went well, other than I think I did one exersise to many and started feeling quesy.  Today I have my granddaughter, so my exerise will be a little different today. but thats ok, because my muscles are sore from yesterday. My plan is to start with 3 days a week at the gym, and maybe just walking on the alternate days.
