Hello i'm new to this website... would anyone mind giving me some pointers? I read you can get custom meal plans /exercise routines.... not sure where to go?

To find workouts go to the exercise tab and select the type of workout you want to do. You can select the days you want to do some of them on and others you can't. You can also select your fitness level. Unfortunately the nutrition plans are not up yet and probably won't be but there are a lot of other good websites out there for free that will work. Good luck!
