HELP

Hi Ladies and Gents,
          Im struggling to get on board here. I've been told by my doctor that i must loose weight for my health.  i have a partner that works away alot so depression eating is a massive problem.  it is either eating to much or not eating at all.
I dont eat breakfast and i dont have lunch.  i nibble during the day and then have a massive meal at night and then go to bed.
 i have no life i work sleep and eat. 
i find i am lacking energy and constantly tired and wanting to sleep.

Im trying to find someone who can help me keep motivated and moving towards my goal of dropping 30kg by next year.  i know my partner and i are planning kids soon and the wedding so i want to be in my best state before this all happens.

    Hello ladies. My name is Tania, I am 28. Married work from home mom to 2 girls. Ages 4 yes and a newborn. My goal is to lose 70 lbs no matter how long it takes. I specially want to lose this post baby belly and tone my body. I tend to eat unhealthy by adding butter to stuff or buying things like chips and soda. Although I hardly eat this stuff now, I haven't worked out in a long time so I am basically maintaining my weight and I'm over it. Its time to get my shit together while I'm still in my 20's!

    Hi Gem, I'm Evelyn. I'm new here. I want to lose at least 80 lbs, slightly more than you. I'm a stay at home mom for now, and I know how hard it is to break a cycle. I've taken baby steps towards changing my lifestyle: waking up early in the morning, making my bed, turning on music instead of television, limiting how much I read, how long I'm on social websites. My weakness is FOOD. Sweets in particular. Anyhow. Keep in touch. I'm just starting out, but perhaps we can motivate each other.
