Well i had a look in the mirror today and i felt really dissapointed in myself, i Had a baby a year ago and my weight has just gone from worse to worse. Ive tried and tried to loose all my baby fat but i just cant get that motivations. Please anyone got any good advice that could help me?

    Something I find helpful is looking at pictures from when I was thinner and looking at pictures of how I look now. Then think about how I used to feel about myself and how I feel about myself now. It's strikingly different, and I so long to feel like I did when I was lighter.
