Hey ppl I need help regarding the workouts.I was very heavy 2 yrs back.I was 110 kgs but I reduced my weight after that by doing regourous running everyday.today I am 77kgs.my weight never have been stable it sometimes reduces and sometimes it increases.I need a good workout and diet plan for me.do comment pls
