Help Me Stay Concentrated!!
So I've been avoiding fatty foods, and counting calories. i currently weigh 190 or so and im 5'7, i calculated my BMI and it says Im slightly overweight. So I've been eating salads with bacon bits,ham,and mozarella with Thousand Island Dressing. But today I indulged in Cake and Icecream wit Rice Krispie Treats on the side; I find it so hard to stay to my diet and exercise routine someone please help! Any tips are welcome thank you.
