Help needed :)
Hey everyone. My name is Nicole, I'm having some trouble starting my own little diet plan. I've considered joining the army and of course you need to be in great shape for that, which I'm not, but I'm very positive about the situation. I'm currently 232 at 5'6. Sounds horrible, I know, but I need to lose 72 lbs by this August. I've never been good with just starting diet plans and sticking to it, so I definitely need some help! Any ideas on where to start? Would greatly appreciate it. :)
